    When I joined Allan Gray, it was clear that while the brand carried enormous equity, it needed a refresh and extension to meet the demands of a modern, multi-platform world.

    I was part of the core team that partnered with Brand Union on a comprehensive rebrand. Together we developed an evolved visual language, refreshed the logo, and selected and systematised a new set of typefaces that worked seamlessly across digital, print, and environmental applications.

    Beyond the visual system, we re-examined how the brand was positioned — ensuring the refresh honoured Allan Gray's heritage while giving the identity room to grow across new channels and audiences.
